THE STRUCTURE

Before We Begin A 1-hour virtual session to map your nervous system, name what's alive, and set an intention that actually means something.

The Day Itself (4 hours, in person or virtual) This is where the real work lives — and it doesn't feel like work.

We move through somatic regulation and resourcing, pattern and root work, and embodied integration — woven into whatever container we've designed together. A meal. A walk. A moment of stillness in a space that holds you.

You will leave feeling different in your body. Not just your head.

After Integration practices to carry the shift forward — and optional voice-note support so you're not left alone with the becoming.

Meet Your Guide, Taylor

I support high-capacity, thoughtful humans who know their reactivity, burnout, or relational strain has a root — and are ready to meet it with depth, compassion, and science-informed care.

My work is grounded in nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and relational repair. I help clients move from survival-based reactions to resourced, embodied leadership in their lives, families, and relationships.

I came to this work through lived experience. After becoming a mother, I recognized the inherited patterns I was carrying — martyrdom, shutdown, reactivity, and difficulty receiving support, love, and rest. I was determined to show up differently, not only for myself, but for the generations that follow.

Today, I work with women, mothers, parents, professionals, and leaders who are tired of holding it all together and ready to create lives and relationships rooted in regulation, presence, and connection.

I offer 1:1 private work, group programs, intensives, retreats, and speaking engagements. My approach is holistic, relational, and deeply respectful of the body’s wisdom.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about restoring what’s already within you.
