A group program designed specifically for student athletes who are ready to:

Why am I your person?

Having navigated my own personal challenges, including growing up with an alcoholic mother and facing the regret of not pursuing my dream of playing for the USWNT, I understand the complexities involved in this work. I am a highly qualified coach, with 6 board certified coaching certifications, a bachelor's degree in health services from Western Michigan University and have years of working with hundreds of client, I bring a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to this program.

THE PRESSURE TO PEACE PROGRAM:

  • Weekly group or team mentorship sessions (Same gender groups)

  • Resilience-building activities to develop mental agility, emotional capacity, and daily mindfulness practices

  • Regular accountability check-ins to address mindset and mental wellness challenges

  • Tailored tools and exercises for managing stress, anxiety, and focus

  • Somatic experiences and evidence-based coaching modalities to facilitate lasting change

  • Utilizing the Ryzer Mindset Test to kickstart your journey, set achievable outcomes and get your parents involved in supporting you the best way to need to be.
