I learned that healing isn't about never feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or triggered again. It's about building the capacity to move through life's challenges with greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience.
From the outside, my life looked good. I had a successful career, a beautiful family, and so much to be grateful for. But beneath the surface, I often felt overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, and disconnected from the version of myself I wanted to be.
When I became a mom, I realized just how much I had been surviving instead of truly living. The stress, the guilt, the constant pressure to do it all, and the feeling that everyone needed something from me slowly became my normal.
So I started asking different questions.
Instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?" I began asking, "What happened that taught my nervous system this was the safest way to survive?"
That question changed everything.
It led me to study coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), somatic practices, neuroscience, and, eventually, pursue my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling.
But more importantly, it changed the way I lived.
I stopped trying to become someone new and started learning how to come home to myself.
That's why I created this coaching experience.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it's like to feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. And I know how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you as you learn a new way forward.
My hope isn't that you leave these six weeks feeling like a different woman.
It's that you leave remembering who you've been all along.
