Aster

Where women of all ages come together to come alive and grow in their power and pleasure.

If you've been carrying loneliness, anxiety, or that quiet ache of disconnection from your truest self — there is a village waiting for you.

The Truth

No matter where you are,
you were never meant to do this alone.

Loneliness doesn't just happen when you're physically alone. It happens in a full house when no one sees you. In a partnership when you're carrying the emotional weight by yourself. In a body that's been running on empty for so long you've forgotten what fullness feels like.

The anxiety. The disconnection from your own desires. The feeling that you're performing a life instead of living it — these aren't personal failures. They're the natural result of doing womanhood without a village.

Aster is the village we were always meant to have.

Somewhere along the way, the natural web of support — the grandmothers, the sisters, the circles — unraveled. We inherited the gap. But here, we're building it back. Together. Across generations. In real relationship.

Taylor Bonga

Taylor's Story

I built Aster because
I was the woman who needed it.

I had done the therapy. The personal development. The inner work. I understood my patterns intellectually — and I was still lonely in the ways that mattered most.

Not lonely for company. Lonely for real sisterhood. The kind where women hold each other through the actual hard parts. Where a grandmother and a new mother sit in the same circle and something ancient and necessary passes between them. Where the healing isn't just personal — it ripples forward into every relationship you have.

I also watched what happened to women without a village.

The slow erosion of self that comes from carrying everything alone. The resentment that builds when no one sees how much you're holding. The patterns that get passed down not because women are broken — but because they never had the support to do it differently.

Your mother did the best she could without a village. You are doing the same. Aster exists so the next generation doesn't have to.

I dream of a multigenerational co-housing situation — grandmothers, mothers, daughters, all under one roof, living alongside each other through every season of life. Aster is the closest thing to it that I can create right now. A village you can carry with you, wherever you live.

At the heart of Aster is a wheel of life calendar — our work moves with the rhythms of nature. Through the seasons, we return to what the earth already knows: there is a time to plant, a time to grow, a time to harvest, and a time to rest. The curriculum is woven through this cyclical framework, bringing you back into right relationship with your body, your lineage, and the world around you.

The Wheel of Life

We move with
the rhythms of nature.

At the heart of Aster is a cyclical framework — our work follows the seasons. There is a time to plant, a time to grow, a time to harvest, and a time to rest. We return, again and again, to what the earth already knows.

Spring · Plant

Planting Seeds

New beginnings. Setting intentions and tending the space before. Clarifying what you want to grow.

Summer · Grow

Expansion

Aliveness and taking up space. Doing the work outward — in your relationships, your home, your life.

Autumn · Harvest

Gathering

Gratitude and integration. Reaping what you have grown and sharing the harvest with the village.

Winter · Rest

Stillness & Dreaming

Rest as a practice. Integration in the quiet. Dreaming the next cycle into being.

Who This Is For

For the woman who knows
something deeper is possible.

You are not broken. You are a woman in a season of life that asks everything of you — and you've been doing it without the support you deserve. Aster is for you, wherever you are in your story.

Women longing to become mothers — tending the space before
Women in early matrescence — newborns, toddlers, the beautiful chaos
Women in the thick of it — raising school-age kids, teenagers, navigating the in-between
Women with grown children — rediscovering who they are now
Cycle-breakers who want to feel the shift, not just understand it intellectually
Women who crave real sisterhood across generations, not surface-level connection

The Journey

Nine months of becoming.
One village for life.

Each month, we go deeper — together. Two calls per month, a private community, and open office hours so you are never alone with the hard parts. The work is the same regardless of your season. The way it lands will be entirely your own.

Month 1

Expanding Emotional Capacity

Learn to feel the full spectrum — from rage to rest — without shutting down or spiraling. More joy. More safety. More aliveness.

Month 2

Getting Your Needs Met

Uncover your real needs, dismantle the guilt around asking for support, and design systems that truly sustain you.

Month 3

Effective Communication

Speak your truth clearly, with love and strength. Get what you need while honoring the people you love.

Month 4

Family Values & Legacy

Clarify what you stand for and pass it forward intentionally — so the next generation inherits something different.

Month 5

Mindfulness & Co-Regulation

Learn to come back to yourself — and bring the people you love with you. Presence as a practice, not a performance.

Month 6

Inner Child Healing

Reconnect with the part of you that has been longing for play, rest, and unconditional love. Bring her home.

Month 7

Boundaries as Sacred Art

Hold your edges without guilt. Boundaries aren't walls — they're the lines that make real intimacy possible.

Month 8

Connection Across Generations

Deepen your relationships with grown children, little ones, partners, parents, and the whole beautiful tangle of family.

Month 9

Rebirth & Embodiment

Stop fighting against your life. Anchor everything you've learned into your body, your days, your ordinary sacred moments.

The Shift

This is what shifts
in nine months.

What Sets Us Apart

Why Aster — and not therapy,
another program, or doing it alone?

Therapy goes deep — but it rarely goes generational. It rarely puts you in a room with women at every season of life who are doing the same work alongside you.

Most group programs are built around a single life stage — new moms, empty nesters, entrepreneurs. Aster is built around the understanding that all of these women need each other.

The grandmother has wisdom the young mother is desperate for.

The young mother has aliveness the grandmother is ready to reclaim.

The woman in the middle holds the thread between both.

This is not a program. It is a village.

Built on nervous system science, somatic embodiment, and the radical belief that women heal faster, deeper, and more permanently when they do it together — across generations, across seasons, in real relationship with each other.

There is nothing else quite like it.

Women Who've Done the Work

They were where you are.
Now this is what they say.

"Working with Taylor has been a game changer for me and my family — specifically in changing the way I react in high stress moments with my partner and child. The shifts that have happened for me personally have directly impacted my partner as well. Our home feels more peaceful, transparent, and vulnerable. We feel more dedicated to connecting. 10/10 — I think anyone could benefit from this work."

FAQ

Questions women ask
before joining.

Is this for mothers only?

No. Aster is for women at every season of womanhood — whether you are longing to become a mother, in the thick of raising children, watching them leave the nest, or navigating life without children entirely. The work is the same. The way it lands is entirely your own.

Is this virtual or in person?

Both. Monthly calls are held virtually so women from anywhere can join. We also create in-person opportunities throughout the year for those who are local or able to travel.

How much time does this require each week?

Two group calls per month — approximately 90 minutes each. Beyond that, the private community is there when you need it. This is designed to fit inside a full, demanding life — not add to the weight of it.

What if I miss a call?

All calls are recorded and available in the resource library. You will never fall behind.

I'm not sure I'm ready. How do I know if this is for me?

If you felt something reading this page — that quiet recognition of this is what I've been looking for — trust that. Readiness rarely arrives before the yes. The yes creates the readiness.

What's the difference between Aster and therapy?

Taylor is an LPC Intern — trained in clinical counseling — but Aster is a coaching and community container, not therapy. It is nervous system informed, somatically grounded, and relationally focused. Many women do both. They are not mutually exclusive.

Can I do 1:1 work with Taylor alongside Aster?

Yes — and Aster members receive a discounted rate on private sessions with Taylor throughout the nine months.

What happens after nine months?

The village doesn't end. Community members have the option to continue in an ongoing capacity. Many women find that nine months is the beginning — not the conclusion.
