Wild Happy Worth
Effective Date: 09/20/2026
These Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions ("Booking Terms") govern your reservation and participation in a retreat hosted by Wild Happy Worth LLC ("Wild Happy Worth," "WHW," "we," "us," or "our").
By submitting a reservation, making a payment, or otherwise confirming your participation in the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms.
These Booking Terms are separate from the Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk Agreement, which must also be completed as a condition of participation.
The Retreat covered by these Booking Terms is:
Retreat: Wild Happy Worth Tulum Retreat
Location: Tulum, Mexico
Dates: January 8-15, 2028
Retreat Fee: $5,200 (shared room), $6,700 (private queen room) or $8,200 (private king suite)
Hosted By: Wild Happy Worth LLC
The Retreat is designed as an immersive personal-growth and experiential experience and may include guided workshops, personal-growth practices, movement, breathwork, meditation, nature-based activities, water or outdoor activities, group experiences, shared meals, reflection, and other experiences described in Retreat materials.
The specific itinerary, activities, accommodations, meals, speakers, facilitators, and schedule may vary.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the Retreat.
Participation is voluntary. Wild Happy Worth reserves the right to decline or discontinue a participant’s participation when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, privacy, experience, or well-being of the participant or the Retreat community.
The Retreat is not a continuously supervised environment. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, conduct, health, belongings, transportation, and personal needs throughout the Retreat.
A reservation is considered confirmed when:
1. Wild Happy Worth has accepted the participant’s application or reservation;
2. The required deposit or first payment has been received; and
3. The participant has affirmatively accepted these Booking Terms and completed any other required participant documents.
Wild Happy Worth may require an application or screening process before accepting a reservation.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Retreat.
The total Retreat fee will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on accommodation selection, promotional pricing, founder’s pricing, or other applicable offerings.
The Retreat fee covers only the items expressly identified as included in the Retreat description or booking materials.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Retreat fee does not include: Airfare; Passport or visa expenses; Transportation to or from the destination unless expressly included; Travel insurance; Medical or emergency expenses; Personal purchases; Alcohol or other personal beverages; Excursions or activities not expressly included; Additional lodging outside the Retreat dates; Baggage fees; Currency exchange fees; Taxes, fees, or charges imposed by airlines, governments, or other third parties; or Other personal expenses.
Participants are responsible for reviewing what is and is not included before booking.
Participants agree to pay the full Retreat fee according to the payment schedule selected at booking.
Payment plans are a payment arrangement for the total Retreat fee and do not change the participant’s total financial obligation.
By selecting a payment plan, the participant authorizes Wild Happy Worth to process scheduled payments using the payment method provided.
If a scheduled payment fails, Wild Happy Worth may contact the participant to arrange payment. Wild Happy Worth may also suspend or cancel participation if required payments remain unpaid.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel a participant’s remaining payment obligation.
If a participant cancels after entering into a payment plan, the cancellation provisions in Section 6 apply.
All participant cancellations must be submitted to Wild Happy Worth in writing.
All amounts paid toward the Retreat are forfeited and are non-refundable upon participant cancellation.
If the participant is enrolled in a payment plan, cancellation does not eliminate the participant’s obligation to pay the remaining unpaid balance.
The participant will remain responsible for all future installments unless and until the participant’s reservation is transferred to an approved replacement participant in accordance with Sections 7 and 8.
For example: If the total Retreat fee is $5,200 and a participant has paid $2,500 before cancelling, the participant forfeits the $2,500 already paid and remains responsible for the remaining $2,700, unless an approved replacement participant takes over the reservation and remaining financial obligation.
Wild Happy Worth may, in its sole discretion, agree to an alternative arrangement in an individual circumstance, but no exception, credit, refund, or payment adjustment is guaranteed.
A participant may request to transfer their Retreat reservation to another person, subject to Wild Happy Worth’s prior written approval.
A proposed replacement participant must: Be at least 18 years old; Meet all Retreat eligibility requirements; Be an appropriate fit for the Retreat and the Retreat community; Complete any required application or registration process; Be approved by Wild Happy Worth; Accept these Booking Terms and all other required Retreat agreements; Complete and sign the Participant Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk Agreement; and Assume a financial commitment equal to or greater than the remaining financial obligation associated with the original participant’s reservation.
Wild Happy Worth reserves the right to decline a proposed replacement participant if, in its reasonable judgment, the individual does not meet eligibility requirements, is not an appropriate fit for the Retreat or community, or does not meet the required financial commitment.
Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for finding a replacement participant.
The original participant may refer or identify a potential replacement, but the replacement is not considered accepted until Wild Happy Worth provides written confirmation.
Until the transfer has been formally approved and completed, the original participant remains responsible for all payment obligations under these Booking Terms.
Once the transfer is formally completed and the replacement participant has assumed the applicable financial obligation, the original participant will be released from future payment obligations.
Amounts previously paid by the original participant remain non-refundable and will not be returned unless Wild Happy Worth expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Requests to transfer a Retreat reservation should be submitted at least 60 days before the Retreat start date.
An approved transfer is subject to a $150 administrative transfer fee, payable by the original participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Requests made less than 60 days before the Retreat may be considered at Wild Happy Worth’s discretion and are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for locating a replacement participant.
A transfer is effective only after: 1. Wild Happy Worth approves the replacement participant; 2. The replacement participant completes all required registration and participant documents; 3. The applicable financial obligation has been accepted by the replacement participant; and 4. Wild Happy Worth provides written confirmation that the transfer is complete.
Until all of these requirements are satisfied, the original participant remains responsible for the reservation and applicable payment obligations.
Wild Happy Worth reserves the right to cancel the Retreat for operational, business, safety, logistical, or other reasons.
If Wild Happy Worth cancels the Retreat for reasons within its control and unrelated to Force Majeure, Wild Happy Worth will refund Retreat fees actually paid by the participant for the cancelled Retreat, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for reimbursing expenses the participant incurs outside of payments made directly to Wild Happy Worth, including airfare, travel insurance, transportation, additional lodging, visa expenses, or other third-party costs.
If the Retreat is cancelled or materially disrupted because of Force Majeure, Section 10 applies.
Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for delay, cancellation, interruption, relocation, modification, or inability to provide the Retreat caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Force Majeure events may include, without limitation: Natural disasters; Severe weather; Wildfire, flooding, or other environmental events; Epidemics or pandemics; Government orders, restrictions, or travel requirements; Political unrest, civil disturbance, or war; Terrorism or threats of terrorism; Transportation disruptions; Closure of airports, borders, lodging facilities, venues, or other necessary facilities; Acts or failures of third-party providers; Labor disputes; Utility or infrastructure failures; Public health emergencies; or Other circumstances that make the Retreat unsafe, impractical, or impossible to provide.
If a Force Majeure event occurs, Wild Happy Worth may, in its discretion: Reschedule the Retreat; Relocate the Retreat; Modify the Retreat itinerary; Substitute activities, accommodations, or providers; Provide a credit toward a future Retreat; or Cancel the Retreat.
Wild Happy Worth will communicate applicable options as reasonably practicable under the circumstances.
Because Wild Happy Worth may have non-refundable commitments to lodging providers, transportation providers, activity providers, facilitators, or other third parties, refunds or credits in a Force Majeure situation may be limited to amounts actually recoverable by Wild Happy Worth, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, illness, emergency evacuation, and other circumstances relevant to international travel.
Wild Happy Worth reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Retreat, including changes to: Schedule; Activities; Facilitators; Guest speakers; Accommodations; Transportation arrangements; Restaurants or meal locations; Excursions; Venues; or Other logistical elements.
Changes may occur because of weather, availability, safety, provider changes, participant needs, operational considerations, or circumstances outside Wild Happy Worth’s control.
Wild Happy Worth will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall character and purpose of the Retreat.
A change to an individual activity, provider, accommodation, meal, or itinerary item does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or cancellation.
Accommodation details, room types, occupancy, amenities, and availability will be communicated during the booking process.
Participants are responsible for selecting an accommodation option appropriate for their needs.
Room assignments may be subject to availability and may be changed when reasonably necessary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wild Happy Worth does not guarantee a specific room, view, bed configuration, property feature, or other accommodation preference.
Accommodation providers are independent third parties, and their own policies may apply.
Wild Happy Worth will make reasonable efforts to communicate available meal options and accommodate dietary needs disclosed in advance.
Participants must provide accurate dietary and allergy information through the required participant forms.
Because meals may be prepared or provided by independent third-party restaurants, caterers, lodging providers, or other vendors, Wild Happy Worth cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.
Participants are responsible for communicating directly with food providers when necessary and for carrying any medications or emergency supplies they require.
The Retreat may involve independent third-party providers, including but not limited to: Lodging providers; Restaurants and caterers; Transportation providers; Boat or water-activity providers; Excursion providers; Wellness practitioners; Facilitators; Guest speakers; Guides; and Other vendors or service providers.
Wild Happy Worth may select, recommend, coordinate, reserve, or make payments to third-party providers as part of organizing the Retreat.
Such actions do not make any third-party provider an employee, partner, joint venturer, agent, or representative of Wild Happy Worth.
Third-party providers remain independent contractors and are responsible for their own services, operations, personnel, equipment, policies, and conduct.
Additional terms, waivers, releases, or requirements imposed by third-party providers may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the Retreat destination.
Participants are responsible for arriving at required meeting points on time and for following transportation instructions provided by Wild Happy Worth.
Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for missed flights, delays, cancellations, lost luggage, transportation disruptions, or other travel problems outside of Wild Happy Worth’s direct control.
Participants should allow sufficient travel time and plan for potential delays.
Participants are solely responsible for determining and satisfying all requirements necessary to enter, remain in, and depart the Retreat destination.
This may include: Passport validity; Visas; Tourist permits; Vaccination or health documentation; Customs requirements; Immigration requirements; Airline requirements; and Other governmental requirements.
Wild Happy Worth does not guarantee that a participant will be permitted to enter or remain in any country.
Participants should verify current requirements directly with the applicable government authorities, airline, or other official source before traveling.
Travel insurance is required for participation in the Retreat.
Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance appropriate for international travel and the nature of the Retreat.
Wild Happy Worth strongly recommends that coverage include, as applicable: Trip cancellation; Trip interruption; Travel delays; Lost or delayed baggage; Medical expenses; Emergency medical treatment; Emergency evacuation or repatriation; Illness or injury; Natural disasters; Travel disruptions; and Other circumstances that could affect the participant’s ability to travel or participate.
Participants are responsible for reviewing their policy carefully to understand its coverage, exclusions, limitations, deductibles, and claim requirements.
Wild Happy Worth does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for determining whether a participant’s insurance coverage is adequate.
Participants are responsible for: Providing accurate registration and health information; Reviewing and following Retreat instructions; Arriving on time for scheduled activities and transportation; Making responsible decisions regarding their participation in activities; Informing Wild Happy Worth of relevant limitations or accommodation needs; Managing their own medications and personal medical needs; Following applicable laws and rules; Respecting other participants, facilitators, providers, and members of the local community; Respecting shared spaces and accommodations; Maintaining appropriate personal boundaries; Paying all amounts due under these Booking Terms; and Completing all required participant documents before the Retreat.
Participants are expected to exercise reasonable judgment regarding their own participation and to refrain from participating in any activity they believe is unsafe or inappropriate for them.
Wild Happy Worth is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and emotionally safe Retreat environment.
Participants are expected to treat others with respect and to refrain from behavior that is threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Wild Happy Worth may require a participant to leave an activity or the Retreat if the participant’s conduct creates a safety concern, significantly disrupts the Retreat, violates these Booking Terms or other participant agreements, or materially interferes with the experience or well-being of others.
If a participant is removed from the Retreat for conduct-related reasons, the participant will not be entitled to a refund and remains responsible for applicable payment obligations.
The participant is responsible for any additional travel, lodging, transportation, or other costs resulting from removal.
The Retreat is not a medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment program.
Wild Happy Worth and its facilitators do not provide continuous medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency supervision.
Retreat activities may involve personal-growth, reflective, experiential, somatic, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, nature-based, or other practices intended for personal development and education.
Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual physical and emotional circumstances.
Participants should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical, psychiatric, psychological, physical, or other condition that could affect their ability to participate safely.
Nothing provided during the Retreat should be understood as individualized medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are able to safely travel to and participate in the Retreat.
If a participant becomes ill, injured, unable to travel, or otherwise unable to participate, the participant remains subject to the cancellation and payment provisions in these Booking Terms.
Wild Happy Worth may request that a participant refrain from attending an activity or leave the Retreat environment when reasonably necessary because of illness, injury, safety concerns, or other circumstances.
Participants are responsible for any resulting travel, lodging, medical, transportation, or other costs.
Travel insurance is intended to provide participants with potential protection against certain circumstances that may prevent or interrupt travel.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, luggage, money, electronics, jewelry, medications, passports, and other property.
Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of participant property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Participants are responsible for using reasonable care with their belongings and following applicable lodging or transportation security procedures.
Photography and video may occur during the Retreat for documentation and community purposes.
Any permission for Wild Happy Worth to use a participant’s identifiable image, likeness, voice, or other personal content for promotional or commercial purposes will be governed by a separate Media Consent and Release.
Participation in the Retreat does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional use of a participant’s likeness.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other Retreat participants and should not photograph, record, or share another participant without that person’s permission where consent is reasonably expected.
The Retreat may involve personal sharing, reflection, discussion, and vulnerable experiences.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and to refrain from sharing another participant’s personal information or disclosures outside the Retreat community without permission.
However, participants understand that Wild Happy Worth cannot guarantee confidentiality by other participants.

A separate Media Consent and Release may be offered for promotional photography and video and is not required unless expressly stated otherwise.
Wild Happy Worth may require completion of all applicable documents before permitting participation in the Retreat.
The Retreat documents are intended to work together.
If there is a conflict between documents, the following order of precedence applies: 1. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.
