The Sacred Leadership Collective — Terms & Conditions

The Sacred Leadership Collective is an ongoing group coaching and personal-growth community for women seeking deeper relationships, greater emotional capacity, self-trust, meaningful connection, and a life that feels as good as it looks.

The Sacred Leadership Collective may include: Live group coaching calls; Group discussion and reflection; Educational content; Personal-growth practices; Somatic and nervous-system-informed practices; Guided exercises; Relationship, communication, and boundary work; Emotional awareness and capacity-building; Self-trust, confidence, and self-connection practices; Generational and family-pattern exploration; Guest teachers or facilitators; Community discussion and connection; Supplemental resources and materials; and Other experiences designed to support the purpose and themes of The Sacred Leadership Collective.

The specific content, schedule, format, guest contributors, practices, resources, and community experience may evolve over time.

The Sacred Leadership Collective is an ongoing program rather than a fixed-duration course. Your enrollment is subject to the minimum financial commitment and cancellation terms described below.

The Sacred Leadership Collective is intended for adults age 18 and older.

By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Wild Happy Worth reserves the right to decline or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, privacy, integrity, or experience of the Collective community.

Wild Happy Worth will use reasonable efforts to provide the Collective experience described in the enrollment materials.

This may include: Facilitated group coaching; Live calls; Educational and experiential content; Community connection; Resources and practices; Guest contributors; Group discussion and reflection; and Other materials or experiences determined by Wild Happy Worth to support the purpose of The Sacred Leadership Collective.

The Sacred Leadership Collective is intentionally designed to evolve. Wild Happy Worth may modify the schedule, format, content, guest contributors, platform, practices, or other aspects of the program when reasonably necessary.

Wild Happy Worth will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to Members.

The Sacred Leadership Collective is a coaching and personal-growth program, not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.

The Sacred Leadership Collective does not provide: Psychotherapy; Psychological counseling; Psychiatric care; Medical care; Crisis intervention; Diagnosis or treatment of mental-health conditions; Medical diagnosis or treatment; or Emergency services.

Conversations and practices within The Sacred Leadership Collective may involve emotions, relationships, family dynamics, personal history, nervous-system education, somatic awareness, values, beliefs, boundaries, communication, and other personally meaningful subjects.

These conversations are intended for personal growth and education and should not be interpreted as individualized mental-health treatment.

If you need psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, crisis support, or another professional service, you are responsible for seeking appropriate care from a qualified provider.

Wild Happy Worth may recommend that a Member seek additional professional support when a matter falls outside the scope of coaching.

Participation in The Sacred Leadership Collective is voluntary.

You are responsible for: Your own choices and decisions; Your own emotional and physical well-being; How you respond to coaching and educational material; Whether and how you implement any practice or suggestion; Seeking appropriate professional support when needed; and Determining whether a particular practice, discussion, or activity is appropriate for you.

Wild Happy Worth does not guarantee that any particular practice, conversation, insight, strategy, or experience will be appropriate or beneficial for every participant.

You are encouraged to use your own judgment and discontinue any practice that does not feel appropriate or safe for you.

The Sacred Leadership Collective is intended to be a thoughtful, respectful, inclusive, and supportive community.

Members agree to: Participate in good faith; Treat other Members with respect; Respect differing experiences and perspectives; Respect individual identities, boundaries, and personal choices; Communicate honestly and respectfully; Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, bullying, or personal attacks; Avoid unsolicited professional, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice; Avoid using the community primarily for promotion or solicitation; Respect the privacy of other Members; and Follow reasonable community guidelines communicated by Wild Happy Worth.

Wild Happy Worth may remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community or uphold these standards.

Confidentiality is an important part of The Sacred Leadership Collective.

Members agree to respect the privacy of other Members and not share another Member's personal stories, identifying information, disclosures, or other private information outside the Collective without permission.

Members agree not to: Record group calls without express permission; Screenshot or distribute private group conversations; Share another Member's personal story or identifying information outside the Collective; Post another Member's disclosures on social media; Use another Member's personal information for commercial purposes; or Share information outside the boundaries established by another Member.

However, Wild Happy Worth cannot guarantee confidentiality by other Members.

The Sacred Leadership Collective is a group coaching environment and is not a legally privileged therapeutic setting.

You should therefore use your own judgment regarding the personal information you choose to share.

Wild Happy Worth may restrict or terminate a Member's participation for a material or repeated breach of confidentiality.

The Sacred Leadership Collective includes live group coaching calls according to the schedule communicated by Wild Happy Worth.

Call dates, times, frequency, duration, and format may change as The Sacred Leadership Collective evolves.

Wild Happy Worth will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material scheduling changes.

If you cannot attend a live call, Wild Happy Worth may provide a recording or alternative resource when available. Recordings are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as part of the current Collective offering.

You are responsible for having the technology, internet connection, device, and software necessary to participate.

Wild Happy Worth is not responsible for interruptions caused by your technology, internet service, device, or circumstances outside Wild Happy Worth's reasonable control.

Members may receive access to a private online community, group chat, social-media group, or other digital platform.

These spaces may be used for: Community connection; Accountability; Education; Resource sharing; Discussion; Celebration; and Continued engagement between live sessions.

Wild Happy Worth may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Members, maintain appropriate boundaries, or enforce these Terms.

The Sacred Leadership Collective does not provide on-demand coaching, emergency support, or crisis services through email, social media, or group messaging.

Wild Happy Worth generally responds to Member communications within 24 business hours, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, travel, retreats, or other periods when Wild Happy Worth is unavailable.

Email and community messaging are not monitored as emergency or crisis services.

The current investment for The Sacred Leadership Collective is: $350 per month

By enrolling, you agree to a minimum initial commitment of six (6) months, beginning on the date of your first Collective group coaching call.

The six-month commitment is a commitment to the program's financial investment and is not a month-to-month arrangement during the initial six-month period.

After completing the initial six-month commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel in accordance with Section 12.

The applicable price is the amount displayed and agreed to at the time of enrollment.

Wild Happy Worth may offer different pricing, founder's rates, promotional pricing, or other enrollment terms from time to time. Your agreed enrollment price will not change during your initial commitment unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.

After completing the initial six-month commitment, you may cancel your ongoing membership by providing thirty (30) days' written notice.

You remain responsible for payments that become due during the applicable thirty-day notice period.

You may continue participating in The Sacred Leadership Collective through the end of your paid notice period unless Wild Happy Worth determines otherwise.

Because The Sacred Leadership Collective requires an initial six-month commitment, you may not unilaterally cancel your financial commitment before completing the initial six-month period.

If you stop participating, leave the community, or choose not to use the services during the initial commitment period, you remain responsible for the financial commitment described in Section 11, subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Wild Happy Worth may, in its discretion, agree in writing to an alternative arrangement in an individual circumstance. No early release, refund, credit, or payment adjustment is guaranteed.

Except where expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

If a specific enrollment offer includes a refund or satisfaction period, the terms of that offer will control.

Any exception, refund, credit, or adjustment must be expressly approved by Wild Happy Worth in writing.

By enrolling in The Sacred Leadership Collective, you authorize Wild Happy Worth or its designated payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the applicable payment schedule.

For monthly payments, your payment method may be charged on or around the scheduled monthly billing date.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

If a scheduled payment is declined, returned, or otherwise not received, Wild Happy Worth may notify you by email.

You will have three (3) calendar days from notice to bring the account current unless otherwise agreed in writing.

During a payment delinquency, Wild Happy Worth may temporarily suspend access to Collective calls, community spaces, content, and other program benefits.

If payment remains outstanding after the applicable grace period, Wild Happy Worth may terminate your participation and pursue unpaid amounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not automatically eliminate payment obligations that became due under your enrollment commitment.

Wild Happy Worth may terminate your participation in The Sacred Leadership Collective if you: Materially breach these Terms; Repeatedly violate community standards; Breach confidentiality; Engage in threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct; Use the community for unauthorized commercial solicitation; Fail to make required payments; or Engage in conduct that materially interferes with the experience, privacy, or safety of other Members.

In circumstances involving serious misconduct, safety concerns, harassment, threats, or significant confidentiality violations, Wild Happy Worth may terminate access immediately.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, termination by Wild Happy Worth for a Member's breach does not create a right to a refund.

All original content created or provided by Wild Happy Worth in connection with The Sacred Leadership Collective remains the intellectual property of Wild Happy Worth or its applicable licensors.

This may include: Videos; Audio; Written materials; Workbooks; Worksheets; Exercises; Frameworks; Presentations; Graphics; Branding; Logos; Educational materials; Recordings; and Other proprietary content.

Your enrollment provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Collective materials for your own personal development.

You may not: Sell Collective materials; Reproduce or redistribute materials for commercial purposes; Share paid content with non-members; Upload materials to public websites or platforms; Create derivative commercial products from Collective materials; or Represent Wild Happy Worth's proprietary frameworks or materials as your own.

You may share your own insights, experiences, and takeaways from participating in The Sacred Leadership Collective.

You retain ownership of your own personal stories, experiences, ideas, and contributions.

By voluntarily sharing within a group setting, you understand that other Members may hear or receive that information.

Wild Happy Worth will not intentionally use your identifiable personal story, testimonial, name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without appropriate separate permission or consent.

Wild Happy Worth does not guarantee any particular outcome from participation in The Sacred Leadership Collective.

Individual results vary based on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, choices, relationships, environment, and application of the material.

The Sacred Leadership Collective does not guarantee improvements in relationships, emotional well-being, confidence, career, finances, health, or any other particular area of life.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sacred Leadership Collective and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Wild Happy Worth does not guarantee that: The Sacred Leadership Collective will meet every Member's individual needs; Every practice or resource will be appropriate for every Member; The online community or technology will always be uninterrupted or error-free; or Particular personal results will occur.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Happy Worth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in The Sacred Leadership Collective.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Happy Worth's aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or The Sacred Leadership Collective will not exceed the amount you paid to Wild Happy Worth for The Sacred Leadership Collective during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to release, waive, or limit liability that cannot lawfully be released, waived, or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Happy Worth and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your: Material breach of these Terms; Violation of applicable law; Unauthorized use of Wild Happy Worth’s intellectual property; or Intentional or negligent misconduct.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Wild Happy Worth for claims arising solely from Wild Happy Worth's own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

Wild Happy Worth will not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters; Severe weather; Illness or public health emergencies; Government actions; Internet or technology failures; Power outages; Labor disputes; Acts of war or terrorism; Civil disturbances; Third-party failures; or Other circumstances outside Wild Happy Worth’s reasonable control.

Wild Happy Worth will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and resume services when reasonably possible.

Any notice required under these Terms must be provided in writing.

Notices to you may be sent to the email address provided during enrollment.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Wild Happy Worth may make reasonable updates to these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to The Sacred Leadership Collective, legal requirements, technology, or business practices.

Material changes affecting your financial obligations or fundamental rights will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

Any change to your existing financial commitment must be agreed to in accordance with applicable law.

You may not transfer or assign your membership or rights under these Terms to another person without the prior written approval of Wild Happy Worth.

Wild Happy Worth may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, or transfer of substantially all of its business or assets, provided that the assignment does not materially diminish your rights under these Terms.

If a concern or dispute arises, you agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly with Wild Happy Worth.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency or legally required relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The failure of Wild Happy Worth to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Wild Happy Worth regarding your participation in The Sacred Leadership Collective and supersede prior discussions or representations concerning the same subject matter, except for any separate written agreement or policy expressly incorporated into the enrollment process.

Any separate Privacy Policy, Media Consent, or other document expressly incorporated into the Collective enrollment process remains effective according to its own terms.

By checking the box indicating that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and completing your enrollment or purchase of The Sacred Leadership Collective, you acknowledge that: 1) You have had the opportunity to review these Terms before completing your purchase; 2) You understand the nature of The Sacred Leadership Collective and the services being provided; 3) You agree to be legally bound by these Terms; 4) You agree to the six-month minimum financial commitment described in these Terms; 5) You authorize payment according to the payment schedule selected at checkout; 6) You understand the cancellation, payment, refund, and termination provisions; 7) You understand that The Sacred Leadership Collective is a coaching and personal-growth program and is not psychotherapy or medical treatment; and 8) You agree that your electronic acceptance, together with your enrollment and payment, constitutes your electronic signature and is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The electronic record of your acceptance may include the date and time of acceptance, the email address associated with your enrollment, the version of these Terms presented to you, your payment information, and other transaction information maintained by Wild Happy Worth or its payment processor.

You agree that these electronic records may be used as evidence of your acceptance of these Terms.
